Techniques: a mix of coloured pencil, pen and computer.
This was my Matura work; a social campaign based on Article 3. of the Constitution which talks about the fact that everyone regardless of skin colour has the same human rights.
I am re-purposing it here because I find it very interesting and at the time my intention was not understood at all by the committee, which was to present the project in paper form and not digital as they wanted everyone to do, I wanted them to be able to touch and really understand my work, thus leaving the school with low grade.
"Jump in", is an analogy to not feeling out of the herd and jumping into the waters where we belong ("not feeling like a 'fish out of water"),
leaving behind the erroneous assumptions imposed by our society.
The fish was inspired by a great surrealist artist named Escher.
